Silicone-Free Mold Release Spray
MR 300 prevents the part from sticking to the mold by forming a thin film between the mold and the product. It allows the part to be easily removed from the mold without deforming or leaving a stain on the surface.
It is used as a mold release agent for parts to be processed in plastic and metal injection molds. The parts can be painted, bonded, and similar applications. Because it does not contain silicone, it leaves no oil residue.
It spreads very well and penetrates evenly through the most delicate metals, ensuring separation.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake the can before use and spray MR 300 evenly and thinly from a distance of 25-30 cm.
DOUBLE USE
Spray onto the surface.
