Silicone-Based Mold Release Spray
MR 500 prevents the part from sticking to the mold by forming a thin film between the mold and the product. It allows the part to be easily removed from the mold without deforming or leaving a stain on the surface.
It ensures easy part release from the mold and high quality in rubber, plastic, and casting applications. It reduces waste due to incorrect castings. It also saves labor by reducing the error rate.
It is used as a release agent and silicone-based lubricant in the molds of polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylic, polyurethane, HIPS, Bakelite, natural rubber, nitrile, neoprene, fluorosilicone polymers, and similar products.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake thoroughly before use. Spray the spray onto the desired surface (mold, any surface that can be lubricated with silicone, etc.) from a distance of 20 cm.
DOUBLE USE
Spray onto the surface.
