OPTIFLEX PM 700 is a water-based impregnation product specifically developed for waterproofing mineral building materials.
It is safely used in construction. It provides water-repellent properties to walls.
It facilitates easy application immediately after production on low-fired clay products and roof tiles.
It is safely used on facing bricks, floor tiles, planters, aerated concrete, gypsum and gypsum-based fiberboards, perlite, vermiculites, and lightweight fillers and insulation materials such as aerated concrete granules.

Application instructions must be strictly followed when producing colored building materials.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

OPTIFLEX PM 700 is super concentrated and must be diluted with water before use. Tap water can be used for dilution. Add water to a bucket or immersion basin. Add OPTIFLEX PM 700 to the water while stirring vigorously. Before using the product, small-scale preliminary tests should be carried out in a suitable area to determine the correct dilution ratio and water repellency properties.

Diluted solutions of OPTIFLEX PM 700 are used for surface impregnation. The most suitable way to obtain a sufficient and even coating is to impregnate wall materials by the immersion method. Two coats are not recommended. Because the exterior walls of buildings are irregular, applying two coats will result in white spots on the surface.
