Cooling Towers Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor
OPTIGARD SPD 25 is a perfect blend of corrosion and scale inhibitors specifically developed for open-circuit cooling systems, containing corrosion inhibitors, crystal growth modifiers, and dispersants.
It effectively prevents corrosion while keeping heat transfer areas clean.
It inhibits corrosion by forming a film on the metal surface.
A complete conditioning program requires the appropriate selection of microbiocides and the use of a pH reducer.
Because OPTIGARD SPD 25 requires hardness ions to form a film on metal surfaces, it is suitable for systems fed with hard water.
It is easy to use and economical.
