OPTILINE ULTRASOL is effective and fast in cleaning metal, plastic, ceramic, glass, and porcelain medical instruments and devices using ultrasonic waves, especially in removing heavy oils, blood, and protein residues.
It is used for cleaning all types of surgical instruments or laboratory instruments in all medical fields, kidney basins, forceps, scissors, clamps, inhalation devices, plastic materials, laboratory glassware, mortars, porcelain materials, tubes, bottles, washing baths, and dental instruments.
Thanks to its super-concentrated formula, it dissolves quickly and easily in your ultrasonic machine.
Its enzymatic formulation attacks and breaks down blood tissue and mucosal protein stains. It quickly removes blood, tissue, rust, plaster, pumice, stains, dust, and polish, etc., from instruments and devices.
In cases where medical instruments have high amounts of blood and protein residue, OPTILINE ULTRASOL is an ideal product for cleaning instruments in all medical fields and laboratories. It is used to prevent stains from drying before cleaning. It protects the surface from rust and corrosion.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

OPTILINE ULTRASOL is diluted 1/2 to prepare the bath solution. Instruments are placed in the cleaning solution immediately after use. It is left to act for 10-20 minutes.
All surfaces and cavities to be cleaned must be completely wetted with the solution. Foam formation should be prevented.
If instruments and equipment are heavily soiled, the dosage and/or the contact time should be increased.
The solution is renewed according to the degree of soiling. Materials removed from the solution are carefully washed and dried.
OPTILINE ULTRASOL is suitable for all cleaning procedures performed with ultrasonic cleaning devices.

USAGE AMOUNT

A bath solution is prepared by diluting the product at a ratio of 1/2. Depending on the intensity of the contamination, the product may need to be diluted further.
