Metal Kalıp Ayırıcı Yağ
REMOLD MET150, çeliğin sürekli dökümünde kalıp ayırıcı olarak kullanılmak üzere özel olarak geliştirilmiş, toksik olmayan, biyolojik çözünürlüğe sahip, insan sağlığı ve çevreye duyarlı bir üründür.
Dökümü yapılan metal ile kalıp arasında çok daha kararlı ve yeterli yağlayıcılığı sağlayarak bir yağ film tabakası oluştururu. Metal ile kalıp yüzeyi arasında oluşabilecek aşınmayı engeller.
Isı ile çok daha çabuk ortamdan uzaklaşarak metalin daha kısa sürede istenilen şekli almasını sağlar. Metal yüzey kalitesini artırarak gözenekli yapı oluşumunu azaltır.
Rombik oluşumları engeller. Kalıp ömrünü uzatır. Toksik buhar oluşturmaz.
