Hydrogen Peroxide Based Detergent Additive Used in the Food and Beverage Industry
STABILAD PEROXIDE,It is a basic or secondary additive to caustic detergents used in the cleaning of heavy oily dirt encountered in the food and beverage industry.
STABILAD PEROXIDEIt is a highly concentrated liquid additive that increases the dirt purification power by adding it to caustic at a temperature above 70°C in CIP applications where organic dirt poses a problem.
STABILAD PEROXIDEWhen added as an additive to caustic detergents, the detergent properties increase more than when the detergent is used alone;
It is very effective in cleaning organic dirt;
It is suitable for automatic dosing and by connecting the caustic and additive pumps, the delivery of the product to the system at appropriate rates is controlled.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
STABILAD PEROXIDE'The general usage rate of is 0.1% w/w (0.09% v/v).
STABILAD PEROXIDE,should be added with caution to a ventilated CIP system and equipment to be cleaned;
STABILAD PEROXIDESolutions containing it should be thoroughly rinsed from surfaces that will come into contact with food and beverages after use.
