Ref PET Compatible, Heavy Duty Bottle Washing Additive for CIPs

STABILAD PLUS is an additive to liquid, concentrated, alkaline cleaning solutions for CIPs in the beer and beverage industry.

It is specially developed for PET bottles.

It enhances the cleaning effect of caustic soda solutions.

It prevents scale formation in alkaline solutions.

It is suitable for cleaning glass and polycarbonate bottles.

It has strong anti-foaming properties.

It is not affected by water hardness.

It can be added directly to concentrated caustic soda solutions.

STABILAD PLUS is effective in removing aluminum foil and labels.

When in concentrated form, acid-resistant plastic and steel materials should be used during storage and dosing.

STABILAD PLUS does not damage alkali-resistant metals, plastics, and seals in alkaline application solutions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

BEER INDUSTRY

Brewery: Vessels, pipes, plate coolers:

Concentration: 0.15 - 0.30%

Concentration: (1.0-2.5% NaOH), Temperature: 60-85 °C

Time: 30 - 60 minutes

Fermentation/Storage section:

Tanks, cylindrical-conical fermenters/storage tanks, pipes:

Concentration: 0.2% (2.0% NaOH), Temperature: At ambient temperature,

Time: 30 - 60 minutes

Filter/Pressure tank section: Filters, pipes, hoses:

Concentration: 0.2% (2.0% NaOH), Temperature: From cold to hot up to,

Duration: 30 minutes

Bottle Washing: Caustic Soda Baths:

Concentration: 0.1 - 0.2% (2.0% NaOH), Temperature: 70 - 85°C

Bottle Filling Machine, Pipes:

Case Washing:

USAGE AMOUNT

Depending on the application, it is used by adding it to a 1.0-2.5% NaOH solution at a concentration range of 0.2-0.3%.
