A liquid alkaline additive used in the beer and beverage industry to enhance cleaning effectiveness.

STABILAD ULTRA is used as an additive to alkaline cleaning solutions in the beer and beverage industry.
It enhances the cleaning effect of caustic soda solutions.
It prevents scale formation in alkaline solutions.
It is suitable for cleaning glass and polycarbonate bottles.
It does not contain phosphates, surfactants, or defoamers.
It is not affected by water hardness.
It can be added directly to concentrated caustic soda solutions.
STABILAD ULTRA is effective in removing aluminum foil and labels.
When in concentrated form, acid-resistant plastic and steel materials should be used during storage and dosing.
STABILAD ULTRA does not damage alkali-resistant metals, plastics, and seals in alkaline application solutions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

BEER INDUSTRY

Brewery: Vessels, pipes, plate coolers:
Concentration: 0.2% (2.0% NaOH), Temperature: At all temperatures from cold to hot. Duration: 30 - 60 minutes

Fermentation/Storage section:
Tanks, cylindrical-conical fermenters/storage tanks, pipes:
Concentration: 0.2% (2.0% NaOH) Temperature: At ambient temperature,
Duration: 30 - 60 minutes

Filter/Pressure tank section: Filters, pipes, hoses:
Concentration: 0.2% (2.0% NaOH), Temperature: From cold to hot,
Duration: 30 minutes

Bottle washing: Caustic baths:
Concentration: 0.1 - 0.2% (2.0% NaOH), Temperature: 70 - 85°C

Filling machine, pipes:
Concentration: 0.2% (2.0% NaOH) Temperature: From cold to hot,
Duration: 30 minutes

Case washing:
Concentration: 0.2% (0.5 - 1.5% NaOH), Temperature: From cold to hot,

Kebab Cellar / KEG Section: Kegs/KEG:
Concentration: 0.2% (1.0 - 2.0% NaOH), Temperature: 70 - 85 °C

USAGE AMOUNT

Depending on the application area, it is used by adding it to a 2.0% NaOH solution in the concentration range of 0.1 – 2.0%.
