Betonun kalıptan kolayca ayrılmasını sağlar. Beton yapısında istenmeyen hava kabarcığı oluşumuna engel olur.
Prefabrik beton üretiminde, çelik kalıp, plywood ve tahta kalıplara kolayca uygulanabilir.
